Don't Forget!
It's important to note that paint protection film and ceramic coating are complimentary, but not interchangeable. Paint protection film is a great physical barrier against rock chips and dings, but is not usually applied to the entire painted surface of your vehicle—only the highest impact areas. It cannot be applied on top of ceramic coating.
Ceramic coating can—and should!—be put on top of paint protection film. It protects the visual integrity of the paint, but is not a physical barrier.
